During the installation of your platform, your Kantask technical team will configure a website that can be accessed from any browser.
Upon receiving your invitation to Kantask, you should have received an email with the following information:
- A user name, usually the email address you used when subscribing to Kantask
- A link to a page where you changed your password
- Finally, the web application URL where your instance is located. That URL contains an alias—the unique name chosen for your mail domain when your organization was added. The Web application URL in looks like this: https://
alias.kantask.net where alias is the name of your organization you entered when registering to Kantask.
Eg.: If your organization name is Myorganization, the URL to enter your application should be https://myorganization.kantask.net
When the website is accessed from a browser, the screen below is displayed:
To access the application, enter the Username and Password that you chose when creating your account. If you are using a private computer (i.e. not used by several users), click on "Remember me" so that the application remembers your username and password on the computer.
