The creation of a workspace is the step prior to the creation of a project that host your boards.
To create a room, follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Add a room”:
2. A window is displayed.
- Type the name of your new workspace.
- Invite your team members. If you do not invite team members, the workspace will be private and only you can access that space.
- Save your changes.
Result: the workspace has been created and it can be accessed to create projects.
A workspace can contain many projects. For example, a human resources workspace might contain:
- Personnel selection process
- End of year project
- Candidate selection process
