The creation of a room is the step prior to the creation of a workspace that host your boards / projects.
To create a room, follow the steps below:
1. Click on "Add a room”:
2. A window is displayed.
- Type the name of your new room.
- Invite your team members. If you do not invite team members, the room will be private and only you can access that space.
- Save your changes.
Result: the room has been created and it can be accessed to create workspaces.
A Room can contain many workspaces. For example, a human resources division might contain:
- Personnel selection process
- End of year project
- Candidate selection process
