In case that you have forgotten your password for Kantask, please follow the steps below.
If for some reason this method did not work, please send an email at email@example.com with "Password" in the subject title. This title will raise the priority of the message and we will contact you immediately to verify your identity, and allow your access again.
Please follow the following steps to recover your password:
- Click on "Forgot password".
- Enter your email address on the following screen and click "Submit":
- Check your email. Kantask will send a text message to your email with a link.
You will receive an electronic message only if Kantask recognizes your address as that of an active user. For security measures, Kantask will not inform you if you are not recognized as an active user.
- Click on the link.
- You will be directed to the screen below where you are asked to enter 2 times your new password, and click on “send”.
- You can access the application again.
